1. Embed quick widgets. Acumatica enables you to add various tools to your dashboard, such as currency converters, calendars, and other time-savers. Use quick widgets to add specific functions you use frequently.

2. Use Shift and the F-key to Filter  Acumatica can store massive amounts of data. Utilizing Acumatica’s inquiry screens provides a meaningful way to analyze and view the relevant data.  To quickly apply a filter to an inquiry screen, all you have to do is click on the line in the inquiry that has similar data to what you are looking for. Then, click on the specific field that represents the filter that should be applied. Press Shift and the F key will apply a filter to the inquiry based upon the selected field. It’s a great time saver!
