Save as Template – Did you know that you can save completed data entry forms as a template (NP bills, invoices, etc) and recall them for future entries? Saving as a template using an icon at the top of the screen (see below) will allow you to name and save an entry.

Drag and Drop Sales Order Lines – hover over the line that you want to move and drag it to it’s new position.

Recently Viewed Records – If you are looking for a record or screen that you recently worked on, an easy way to locate that record is to use the clock icon next to the search area at the top of the screen. Clicking this button will display all previously viewed records (starting with the most recent).
